- Coalition of Limited English Speaking Elderly - Design and development of an Access database housing
citizenship information for elderly immigrants.
- Greenpeace U.S.A. - Development and implementation of a contributions tracking system and an
associated canvasser incentive system for a five-state region.
- Indo-American Center - Competitive and demographic analysis followed by strategic planning for an
organization serving South Asian populations in 8 Chicago and suburban community areas.
- Inspiration Cafe - Strategic planning for the growth of the entire organization including
social services and job training programs for homeless adults.
- Instituto Del Progreso Latino - Process improvement for the Human Resources Department.
- Jewish Family and Community Service - Strategic planning to set agency-wide priorities to guide
the operations of its 8 offices serving the Chicago Metropolitan area.
- Monroe County Library System - Market-Driven Strategic Planning. Conducted extensive market research
to obtain constituent input as a base for strategic planning; also developed a
communication plan to inform the community of future goals and activities.
- Park West Community Association - Facilitated planning meetings to identify opportunities and the primary target market,
conduct a brief internal assessment and plan future activities.
- United Way of Metropolitan Chicago - Three-hour process improvement workshop delivered to
member organizations as part of United Way's "Capacity Building Seminar Series."
- Youth Struggling for Survival - Strategic planning to focus the organization's efforts,
set priorities for the future and develop an action plan.
- Zonta International - Strategic planning for an organization with more than 1200 chapters in 67 countries.
Committee members came from all over the world to address education, violence, health
and economic issues facing women and girls, and to improve management and support structures.
